Shift: Afternoon Shift (2:30pm - 1:00am, Monday to Thursday)
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour depending on experience

About the Role

As a Trainee Laser Machine Operator, you will be trained to operate CNC laser cutting machines and support the production team in delivering high-quality sheet metal components. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with the operation of CNC laser cutting machines
* Loading and unloading sheet metal materials safely
* Learning machine setup, operation, and basic maintenance
* Checking finished parts for quality and accuracy
* Supporting production targets and workflow efficiency
* Following strict health & safety procedures at all times
* Working closely with experienced operators and supervisors for training and development

About You

* Interest in engineering, manufacturing, or machine operation
* Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
* Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
* Able to work in a physically active, industrial environment
* Team player with a positive attitude
* No previous experience required - full training provided
