A leading M&E contractor based in Leeds is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team.
The role will involve delivering large-scale commercial, education, and healthcare projects, with project values ranging into the multi-million-pound sector.
The Role:
- Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Managing programmes, budgets, and project delivery
- Attending client and site meetings
- Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
- Strong background delivering large commercial projects
- Experience within education and healthcare sectors preferred
- Good understanding of HVAC and mechanical building services
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ/HNC/HND or equivalent)
