Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Croydon

Salary: Up to £44,000 | Permanent, Full-Time (40hrs) Mon - Fri

We are seeking a reliable Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a key site in Croydon. You will provide essential electrical and multiskilled maintenance, ensuring the facility remains safe and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver electrical PPM and reactive tasks (fault-finding on lighting/power).

• Support general fabric repairs: carpentry, plumbing, and decorating.

• Manage CAFM data (Maximo), RAMS, and site consumables.

• Supervise subcontractors and ensure KPI/SLA compliance.

• Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.

Requirements:

• Recognized Electrical qualification level 3 & 18th Edition (Essential).

• First Aid at Work & strong H&S knowledge.

• Multiskilled experience in a public/corporate environment.
