This role offers a brilliant mix of technical delivery and commercial exposure. You'll lead projects across sectors including defence, higher education, and industrial, representing the business at design meetings and site visits while mentoring junior engineers and driving team development.
The ideal candidate will be Chartered or working towards Chartership, with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ambition to progress into a leadership position.
You'll be joining a team that works with high-profile clients on complex projects typically exceeding £10M, delivered on fast-track programmes with a varied workload spanning design, surveys, and site-based engineering.
